Refund and Returns Policy

No refunds – Once activation is done, screenshot confirmation will be provided to you and there can not be any refunds since activation is not reversible transaction. In the event of any issues; we will ensure and guarantee that your DuplexPlay is activated.

Note:

if you purchase the service on our website, you will be required to enter the device id and device key for your device You must ensure that they are correct. If you enter incorrect information, there will be no refund.

When purchasing, the price is announced on the website before payment, and when completing the order and obtaining activation, the customer has no right to object to our prices.

Note: This is not for IPTV subscription, we don’t and no one can sell IPTV subscription on our website  If you buy this and claim that you accidentally bought it for IPTV subscription and not for the player, we won’t be able to refund your money since once activation key is redeemed; we can’t restore it.

•You can activate devices if DuplexPlay is expired or there’s less than 1 month to expire.
If DuplexPlay is already expired, activation will add 365 days to the day you activate.
If DuplexPlay hasn’t expired yet, activation will add 365 days to the expiration date of the device
